Well, I guess it's time to make the announcement. I have joined the band STEEL PROPHET. I just played my first gig with them this past Saturday at the Troubadour. We will be playing a headlining show at the Whisky-a-go-go in Hollywood on Friday December 17th. They have a new CD that came out this year on Massacre Records (Europe, Canada and Australia) and Nightmare Records in the United States.

Project Steiger has won the ALL ACCESS Music Award for the BEST Instrumental Artist. Thank You to everyone who voted. This is the second year in a row that we have won this award. The show was held at the Key Club. A really nice venue. I would also like to thank Debra from All Access for having such a great magazine and supporting the LA music scene.

Unfortunately the gig on the 24th has been cancelled. Uli Jon Roth has cancelled the show due to the fact that his regular keyboardist cannot make the show and the replacement keyboard player does not have enough time to learn the material. You can read a letter from Uli Jon below. The show at MI is still on and looks to be a good one. A Yamaha guitar will be given away as well as miscellaneous merchandise. Show starts @ 7pm

August 1st 2004
Project Steiger has two upcoming shows in the month of August. The first show is August 19th at Musicians Institute in Hollywood. Opening for Project Steiger is OHM featuring Chris Poland. Chris is probably best known as the former lead guitarist for Megadeth. Show starts at 7pm. The second show is August 24th at 14 Below in Santa Monica. Project Steiger will be opening for legendary guitarist Uli Jon Roth of the German rock band The Scorpions.

Project Steiger has a show this Wednesday July 7th at the National Guitar Workshop. It is being held at Loyola Marymount University. The show is from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
